Seabron "Chad" Fears, Esq., serves as Vice-President of Operations for National Consumer Title Insurance Company. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the Florida Land Title Association. Before joining National Consumer Title Insurance Company in 2021, Chad worked as the C.O.O. of a large regional title agency for over ten years, where he worked with many of the nation's top underwriters. Chad brings a unique view of agency/underwriter relations to National Consumer Title Insurance Company and strives to make every situation a win-win scenario for all involved.

Chad graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Political Science in 2007 and graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2012. He lives in Jacksonville, FL, with his wife, Holli, and their two daughters.
